Transportation of Wage Components to Payroll in SAP

This interface can be used by other applications to import wage components into the SAP-HR Payroll system. The wage components are processed in Payroll according to the Customizing settings for the accompanying HR wage type (for example, tax calculation) and are then stored in the payroll result. They are then available for subsequent processing steps (for example, payment, posting to Accounting).

SAP Trip Schema

The SAP trip schema determines the entry dialog for employee trips. The trip schema controls the entry process within the framework of trip facts entry. It determines, among other things, the entry functions that you can perform in dialog and the entry fields that are displayed.

The trip schema consists, among others, of the following parameters:

Trip Type
The trip schema controls, among other things, whether you (external number assignment) or the system (internal number assignment) specify the trip numbers for employee trips. The trip type in the trip schema also defines whether a domestic or a foreign trip is being dealt with.

Default values
Furthermore, you can set default values in the trip schema for global trip facts that you can, however, change in dialog. These include, for example, the trip country, trip region or the trip activity type.

Permissibility of entry functions
The trip schema determines which additional entry functions for trip facts you can perform during the entry process.
